I’m Jenna Ritter, a Georgia REALTOR® specializing in LAND, ESTATES & DEVELOPMENT throughout Hall, Dawson, Lumpkin and Habersham Counties.
My background combines 12 years with PepsiCo with experience in local government planning and zoning. That combination gave me a strong foundation in business, negotiation, organization, land use, zoning and development—and a perspective that goes beyond traditional real estate sales.
I specialize in properties where understanding the land and its potential is critical, including large tracts, estates, development opportunities and commercial land.
Before marketing a property, I take the time to understand its zoning, access, utilities, surrounding area, development potential and likely buyer pool. I then build the marketing strategy around what makes that particular property valuable.
