About Jenna

Jenna Ritter is a seasoned real estate professional with a diverse background in both the corporate and public sectors. A 2009 graduate of Kennesaw State University, Jenna played on the university's tennis team, setting the foundation for her disciplined, competitive drive. After graduation, she began her professional journey with PepsiCo, joining their management trainee program. Over the next 12 years, Jenna rose through the ranks, ultimately overseeing the sales and operations for North Georgia.

While excelling in her corporate career, Jenna's entrepreneurial spirit led her to real estate. At the age of 27, she purchased her first rental property, which marked the beginning of an impressive investment portfolio that she managed alongside her full-time role. As residential real estate prices increased, Jenna adapted by branching into land acquisitions, buying and selling land to capitalize on market trends.

In 2021, driven by her growing passion for real estate, Jenna transitioned to a full-time career in the industry. She started the business development team at Zillow for Rentals, and later led the Southeast region for Redfin Real Estate sales. However, following the rise in interest rates in Spring 2022, Jenna’s position at Redfin was eliminated. That very same day, a unique opportunity arose for Jenna to join the public sector as a Deputy Planning Director, combining her deep knowledge of real estate with public policy and planning.

Jenna’s multifaceted experience offers her clients an unparalleled perspective on real estate—from personal investments to corporate strategy and public sector planning. In 2022, she decided to channel all of this expertise into helping others succeed in real estate. Now, as a trusted real estate advisor, Jenna leverages her broad knowledge base to guide clients through the complexities of the market with the care and attention of someone who truly has their best interests at heart. Her clients often praise her for treating them like family, a testament to her genuine advocacy for their success.

Originally from Gwinnett County, Georgia, Jenna now resides in Hall County with her husband, Chris, and their dog, Emily. When she's not helping clients navigate the real estate market, Jenna can be found on the tennis courts or paddleboarding, embracing her love for sports and the outdoors.
